The hybrid battery in my car went out. They replaced it for less than I was quoted. A week after I left it with them to replace it I was notified that it would take up to 6 months for the parts to come in. It did take 4 months for the parts to come in. They replaced it quickly and it works well. The problem is that my car interior was covered in mold by the time it was repaired. I'm happy with the repair but not about the condition of my car upon pickup.

We were referred to Hyundai of Albany by the Costco Auto program. It was not the closest Hyundai dealer, but we traveled to Albany to test drive a Tucson Hybrid. The experience was excellent! My only issue was the time involved. It ended up taking an hour and a half to get a turn signal bulb replaced. Right after texting to ask how much longer it would be, I was told that it was ready. It made me wonder if someone neglected to notify me. Other than that, I love your new facility and have always been pleased with the work on my car.
