I had already done my market research and compared prices, so I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I went into this dealership knowing my numbers, and honestly, I wasn't expecting the experience to be as good as it was. From the moment we walked in, this dealership stood out. The place is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spotless, the coffee is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. I know those things shouldn't necessarily matter when you're buying a car, but they absolutely make a difference. To me, it shows pride of ownership and attention to detail, and it made me feel even better about spending my money here. Most importantly, they matched the price of a competitor's deal. We got the exact car we wanted for the same price we would have paid anywhere else, but the experience was so much better. There was no feeling like we had to sacrifice price for service or service for price. They delivered both. Then they went above and beyond at delivery. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, it had been completely rewashed and re-vacuumed and was sitting inside a glass case, ready for delivery. That was truly over and above the call of duty. It wasn't something they had to do, but that extra attention to detail made a huge impression on us. It was the perfect finishing touch to an experience that was already fantastic. Pics included.
