In and out in under an hour for oil change and vehicle inspection. They even washed my car! Exceptional

I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from this dealership. Due to my crazy work schedule, my time to purchase the car was very limited. They worked with me and made it easy and quick. They also gave me a good deal on the car. The Sales Manager, Mike was very kind and down to earth. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed the center cap for one of the front wheels was missing, probably due to whomever installed wrong before it reached this dealership. When I called the dealership service department, I sort of got the typical type of dealership response. They couldn't give me a new one. I had to make an appointment to come in the next day. Once we arrived the next day, they said we had to wait 45 minutes so they could pull my car in the shop and take pictures. Then the process would be to wait for them to discuss the matter with Hyundai and see about getting one shipped under warranty. My Wife was pissed because we don't usually have free time and we're spending what little we do have at the dealership for a center cap. I then talked to Mike again and he immediately fixed the problem. He had them take one off another wheel and put it on mine and he decided they'll just take care of the other one on their end. He had us out of there in 10 minutes. These days, good customer service is difficult to find, and to be honest I never expect it from a car dealership. The salesman who sold us the vehicle, Dan, was top notch too. He didn't pressure us or try to talk the entire time, feeding us sales pitches while we looked at vehicles. He was mellow. He understood we knew what we were looking for, and just answered questions as we asked them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle here. In fact, it'll probably be my first stop just because of the customer service experience.

I've spent the past two months scouring the Internet for a Certified Hyundai Sonata SEL. On one of the used vehicle sites online (Autotrader?) I got 373. Hits for a 2020 - 2025 Hyundai Sonata within 100 miles of Portland. When I searched again - this time I'm arrowing it down to Certified Sonata's - I got 3 hits. One of these hits - a 2024 Sonata SEL - was located at Albany Hyundai. We passed by the Albany Hyundai Dealer on I-5 e route to Portland. We stopped by Albany Hyundai on our trip home on Sunday. One of their salespeople, Dan, let us Test Drive the Donata. We really liked the car. Over the next couple of days, we decided to buy it. We verbally agreed on a price with Dan on Thursday afternoon. He (Dan) informed us that they were raising the price of the Sonata the next day, But he told us they would honor the price we agreed on. I checked online the next day and the car had indeed gone up. We worked out the details online and over the phone on Friday. On Saturday, we drove to Albany and picked up our car. (9/19/2026). And yes,they honored our original price. With the help of Andrew, their finance manager, we were in and out of the dealership in short order. Thank you Dan, Andrew, and Sierra & crew for making this a uncomplicated, easy ltransaction. The fact that we got a certified 2024 Sonata for a better price than I could find online - including uncertified Sonata's - same year/miles/condition - made taking the 5+ hour trip north to pick the car up a no brainer! The full tank of gas was also much appreciated! We love our Sonata - it drives like a dream!

They provided good diagnostics. The cost for recommended parts was quite high.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a connecting rod bearing failure in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Yes, it is a Theta II engine which is included in the extended warranty on the engine. We were about 30 miles from either Salem or Albany depending on the route. After speaking to Jackson Henry, Sales Associate, at Hyundai of Albany, I opted to have my car taken there for evaluation and repair. This was on a Thursday afternoon and by the following Wednesday, the car was evaluated, and a rebuilt engine was ordered. Ultimately a long block was ordered from Hyundai in Georgia. It arrived a week later. As soon as their senior technician was on it the following Monday, the car was road ready on Wednesday. They did an amazing job on the engine replacement and I also had some scheduled maintenance done at the same time. Jackson Henry did all the heavy lifting to make sure the engine was ordered and shipped as soon as possible. He made sure the best, most experienced technician did the work. He kept me informed on the progress and most of all he kept his promise to have the car ready on Wednesday before noon. Hyundai of Albany has a great service department.

Waiting area is clean, bright, and has amenities like tea and coffee. People working there are friendly and approachable.

I had already done my market research and compared prices, so I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I went into this dealership knowing my numbers, and honestly, I wasn't expecting the experience to be as good as it was. From the moment we walked in, this dealership stood out. The place is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spotless, the coffee is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. I know those things shouldn't necessarily matter when you're buying a car, but they absolutely make a difference. To me, it shows pride of ownership and attention to detail, and it made me feel even better about spending my money here. Most importantly, they matched the price of a competitor's deal. We got the exact car we wanted for the same price we would have paid anywhere else, but the experience was so much better. There was no feeling like we had to sacrifice price for service or service for price. They delivered both. Then they went above and beyond at delivery. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, it had been completely rewashed and re-vacuumed and was sitting inside a glass case, ready for delivery. That was truly over and above the call of duty. It wasn't something they had to do, but that extra attention to detail made a huge impression on us. It was the perfect finishing touch to an experience that was already fantastic. Pics included. Anyone can sell you a car. What impressed me was how this dealership made us feel throughout the entire process. We got the car we wanted, at the price we were willing to pay, and we were treated extremely well from beginning to end. If you're shopping for a car, I would absolutely recommend checking this dealership out before you buy anywhere else. Dan our salesman was great! Older and patient. Do your research, know what you want or not, and then give them the opportunity to earn your business. They certainly earned mine. We love our new car, and when we're ready for our next one, I know exactly where we'll be going. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them.
