My car was in for a recall service. Check in was done quickly and efficiently. My car was serviced within the estimated time parameters.
Had a recall due, so scheduled an online appointment; which the system was easy to navigate and user-friendly. Arrived to my appointment and was greeted by Savannah who has exceptional customer service. Left vehicle for the recall to be complete and received a phone call from Savannah that it wasn’t going to be complete today due to an unfortunate reason and I could pick my car up or leave it. The sales process was very comfortable. Gavin listened to our concerns and worked to get us a good price. Upon driving the car we noticed a matter that needed repair. They responded to the need and worked to get the problem solved.
I'm in my 70's and this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Serra, Mike and Andrew were amazing and fun, and so fast. They didn't play the usual car dealership games, they just got me the best deal and best rate and only took 2 hours. Thank you so much. KARL

Kind and helpful team in Albany! Cleaned my car door handles that the Santa Monica dealership I got it from wouldn’t clean off! That made me so happy. Thank you for the inspection. And for fixing my road debris damage free of charge. I appreciate you guys! Provided snacks and drinks in the waiting area. They also have a shuttle service.

My salesman was very informative, pleasant and patient with me . He took the time to show me all the functions of the car, sometimes he had to show me more than once because I easily forgot. My previous car was purchased in 2004 and didn't have all the amenities that these newer cars have. He spent most of the day with us. Ric was great to work with and find us the Suv we were looking for.
My Hyundai was overheating. I dropped it off on a Thursday night, hoping to get it back before the weekend. Unfortunately parts had to be ordered, so I was without a car over the weekend, but a loaner became available on Monday, so I had transportation to a meeting on Tuesday. My car was ready to be picked up Tuesday late afternoon. Savanna was great to work with.
I came in to have our car serviced. The staff was very courteous and informative to what was going to happen. They work quickly, got done about hour and I was on my way. This the third time I have been to them. They alert me if the car has a problem, they listen to my concerns and fix warranty issues quickly. And they have free snacks, bonus.
Had an ICCU and main fuse failure in my 2025 Ioniq 5. Roadside assistance towed to the dealership on a Monday morning and we got the car back on Friday. Savanna, the service manager, called multiple times to keep me current on the repairs. Very impressed with the service.

Clean, courteous, I was there 2.5 hours for an oil change. They told me after that there was a recall that they fixed, so that may have taken some time. I wasn't told before hand about the recall and haven't received anything in the mail notifying me about the recall. So I'm a bit disappointed about that, but all in all, it was fixed for which I so appreciate. Again, they were very courteous and the place was clean. High marks for that.
Shop was great. Everything was clean, lightly stocked, and open.

Ioniq5 2023. 12v battery not charging. After talking to factory tech decided the 12 V battery needed to be replaced. It’s just three years old. Warranty did not cover the battery or the installation. Would’ve like to know how far Out of warranty battery was as it seems to me it should have been covered for a longer period of time
I was able to get a ride with two dogs to the dog park while recall work was done on my car. A complete inspection was done and a car wash as well. Savanah and a male in service were wonderful. I've forgotten his name.

My car was serviced really well. They washed my car and when I came in for my oil change, I told them to excuse my car was dirty inside as well and that I was planning on vacuuming it the next day. It was on my to do list. On my way home after they were done, I noticed that it had been vacuumed on the inside. I thought that was above and beyond and I was very grateful. I will always use them for anything to do with my car.

Was looking on a Sunday 1 hour before they were to close. I was looking at multiple cars and decided on one; was paying cash, told them I would come back in Monday since I needed to go to the credit union to get the funds. Manager told me they would just do the deal if I wanted the vehicle so I would not lose out on it, showed I had the funds and stayed open so that all the paperwork was done. Sierra was an amazing help getting us in the car of our dreams! She spoke to us on Facebook before hand and was upfront about everything. The manager there was also fantastic! No pressure, very casual. We were upfront about the fact that we didn't want add on coverages and they respected our choice completely. All around amazing buyer experience. 10/10 recommend.

I had a very difficult situation that was really stressing me out that had to do with my cars registration and all the service staff, especially savanna, helped me out a ton and were all very empathetic to my situation. I appreciate it greatly and my car is running great 👍

Dropped my car off for a recall repair. It was done in the time they said. They washed it. And replaced windshield wipers. Were very friendly , even employees walking by were nice. Waiting room was fully stocked.
