I had an appointment for an oil change. I got right in at the appointed time and was met with a very nice lady. I believe her name was Angela. She was very professional and told me it would take an hour and told me I could wait in the customer lounge. My car was ready in an hour and Angela came and got me. She had my paperwork ready for me and then walked me out to my car. It was a very pleasant appointment.

I love this car. It is fun to drive and the gas mileage is great. I drove a 2014 as a rental car and loved it so much I decided my next car would be a veloster I decided on the turbo and love the extra get up and go. To me the good acceleration makes it even more fun to drive.

The staff of Mark Thomas Motors was very professional. When I went to the dealership, I wanted to test drive a Hyundai Veloster. I did test drive the Veloster and found it was not what I wanted. I felt Veloster was too low for me and made me a little nervous. German Carrion the sales manager then helped me with a test drive of an Elantra which I liked very much.

MTM, was great, they asked if I wanted a salesman to come on the test drive, something that I had not been offered before. The people were very low pressure and I felt that I could walk out at any point and feel comfortable.

The initial search online for available models showed that their website needs work but the salesman told me they were aware of that and were working on it. That wasn't much of a negative but I thought it worth mentioning. Once on site I found they had many models that weren't shown on their website. The buying process was very favorable.
