Left vehicle for the recall to be complete and received a phone call from Savannah that it wasn’t going to be complete today due to an unfortunate reason and I could pick my car up or leave it. I elected to leave it, and around 10 a.m. I received a call that my vehicle was ready and upon pick-up, it was cleaned as well. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had and now I will be a future customer.

Easy and Honest process of transaction

The sales process was very comfortable. Gavin listened to our concerns and worked to get us a good price. Upon driving the car we noticed a matter that needed repair. They responded to the need and worked to get the problem solved.

My salesman was very informative, pleasant and patient with me . He took the time to show me all the functions of the car, sometimes he had to show me more than once because I easily forgot. Ric was great to work with and find us the Suv we were looking for.

My Hyundai was overheating. I dropped it off on a Thursday night, hoping to get it back before the weekend. Unfortunately parts had to be ordered, so I was without a car over the weekend, but a loaner became available on Monday, so I had transportation to a meeting on Tuesday. My car was ready to be picked up Tuesday late afternoon. Savanna was great to work with.

I came in to have our car serviced. The staff was very courteous and informative to what was going to happen. They work quickly, got done about hour and I was on my way. This the third time I have been to them. They alert me if the car has a problem, they listen to my concerns and fix warranty issues quickly. And they have free snacks, bonus.

Had an ICCU and main fuse failure in my 2025 Ioniq 5. Roadside assistance towed to the dealership on a Monday morning and we got the car back on Friday. Savanna, the service manager, called multiple times to keep me current on the repairs. Very impressed with the service.

From the first time I talked to them and met them I felt like they really cared and took good care of me and I'm thankful and grateful for them once again thank you so much Hyundai Albany I'll be back thank you, Jane S.

Clean, courteous, I was there 2.5 hours for an oil change. They told me after that there was a recall that they fixed, so that may have taken some time. I wasn't told before hand about the recall and haven't received anything in the mail notifying me about the recall. So I'm a bit disappointed about that, but all in all, it was fixed for which I so appreciate. Again, they were very courteous and the place was clean. High marks for that.

Shop was great. Everything was clean, lightly stocked, and open.

We were privileged to be among Gavin Hughes' first sales. He was great-personable, attentive, easy to work with.

Ioniq5 2023. 12v battery not charging. After talking to factory tech decided the 12 V battery needed to be replaced. It’s just three years old. Warranty did not cover the battery or the installation. Would’ve like to know how far Out of warranty battery was as it seems to me it should have been covered for a longer period of time

I was able to get a ride with two dogs to the dog park while recall work was done on my car. A complete inspection was done and a car wash as well. Savanah and a male in service were wonderful. I've forgotten his name.

I would like to specifically thank Pierce, my salesperson, for taking some time to get to know me and find a vehicle that checked every box and that I really enjoy having so far. He was competent and patient and if he didn’t know an answer, he would seek it out. He was transparent about the vehicle and its features and did not come off as a pushy salesperson as would be the expected experience when buying a car. Pierce went above and beyond to find a car for me while also respecting my needs/wants in a vehicle as well as my budget. I also appreciate the finance team for helping make the financing work for me during a time when I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. The experience and environment was overall was relatively stress and pressure free and I had fun shopping with this dealership.

We were Pierce’s first solo sell and we were so pleased with his customer service and overall experience. We bought through the Costco program and appreciated that it was fast and direct. Everyone that we worked with was outstanding at this dealer and they went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted.

My car was serviced really well. They washed my car and when I came in for my oil change, I told them to excuse my car was dirty inside as well and that I was planning on vacuuming it the next day. It was on my to do list. On my way home after they were done, I noticed that it had been vacuumed on the inside. I thought that was above and beyond and I was very grateful. I will always use them for anything to do with my car.

It was an absolute joy to work with the wonderful staff at Hyundai of Albany. We were treated with kindness and respect during the entire purchase process. We took several days to decide, and at no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Both my wife and I highly recommend this dealership and the kind, professional staff who work there.

Sierra was great. Made the process smooth and quick. They are all very knowledgeable and was ver helpful.

Took in my Sonata to the Service department after an oil leak - they found the problem and fixed it. Later I also had them replace my brake pads, and they were efficient and convenient.
